Memberships and Class Bookings
The plans, prices, class schedule, and opening hours shown on this website are provided for information and may change without notice. A class booking or membership request sent through the website is a request only — it is confirmed once we respond by phone or email. Places in classes are limited and allocated in booking order; we may cancel or reschedule a class where necessary.
Health and Safety
Training involves physical exertion. Before your first session, tell your coach about any injuries, medical conditions, or other circumstances that could affect your training, and follow staff instructions and posted gym rules while on the premises. If you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you, consult a doctor first. We may decline participation where we reasonably believe it could harm your health.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please cancel or reschedule a booked class as early as possible — at least 12 hours before it starts where you can. Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions. Membership cancellations and refunds are handled per the plan's stated conditions and applicable consumer law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, and graphics — belongs to Ferrum or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and share links to this website, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
