Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data SolutionM5 (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects through the website solutionm5.com and its related web development services, the purposes for which we process it, the legal bases we rely on, with whom we may share it, and the rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable data protection law.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data collected through this website is:
Bohdan Semybratov — SolutionM5
Ulica Pekárska 14, 917 01 Trnava, Slovak Republic
Business ID (IČO): 57851727
For any questions about data processing, you can reach us by email at solutionm5bn@gmail.com or on Telegram: @solution_M5.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data needed to contact you and prepare a proposal:
- Contact form (the “Have an idea or a task?” section on the homepage and on the Business Landing and Business Website pages) — your name and WhatsApp number (Telegram username on the Ukrainian version of the site), plus the name of the package whose page the form was sent from.
- Business Start inquiry form — your name, phone number, the selected format (Business Start or a custom project), your line of business or a short description of the task, and, optionally, your preferred contact channel (call, Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber) and the ready-made design you picked.
- Calculator / estimate request — full name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number or Telegram username (optional), and the project details you select (package, additional options, indicative price and timeline, chosen payment model).
- Correspondence — the content of your messages and any information you share when communicating with us on Telegram or through other channels.
- Request context — with every form we also receive the address of the page it was sent from, the date and time of submission, your browser language and your time zone. This helps us understand the enquiry and answer it properly.
- Technical data — limited data your browser sends automatically while you browse (for example, browser and device type), and the analytics and advertising data described in Section 5. Analytics and advertising tools only start once you have allowed the corresponding category.
We do not collect special categories of data and do not ask you to submit payment information through the website. Please do not include sensitive details in the forms that are not needed to estimate a project.
Providing data is voluntary. Fields marked as required in the forms (depending on the form: your name and at least one contact channel, plus an email and phone number in the calculator) are needed so that we can handle your request and contact you; without them we cannot prepare an estimate or respond to your enquiry. You are not obliged to provide data that is not marked as required.
3. How we use data
We process the data we collect in order to:
- respond to your enquiry and contact you on Telegram, by phone or by email;
- prepare a cost estimate and proposal and discuss the terms of the project;
- provide the agreed web development and support services;
- improve the operation of the website, forms and calculator;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests.
We process your data on the following legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR):
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you submit the contact form or an estimate request, or otherwise reach out to us. You may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Performance of a contract, or steps at your request prior to entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to handle your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver the agreed services.
- Our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to respond to enquiries, maintain and improve the website, and protect our business, where these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where processing is necessary to comply with the law.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent needed to provide the service:
- Formspree — the service that processes and delivers the messages submitted through the site’s forms. Form data is transmitted via Formspree in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Telegram — the messenger we use to communicate with you. Message exchange is governed by Telegram’s privacy policy.
- Google — Google Analytics, which provides aggregate statistics on how the site is used, if you have allowed the “Analytics” category (see Section 5).
- Advertising platform (Meta) — the advertising pixel that measures the results of our ad campaigns, if you have allowed the “Advertising” category (see Section 5). Without that consent the pixel is not loaded and receives no data.
- Hosting provider — the infrastructure on which the site is hosted.
Some of our providers (including Formspree, Telegram, Google and Meta) may store and process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR — Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), European Commission adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us. We may also disclose data where required by law.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies before you consent. Until you choose, every corresponding permission is in the “denied” state (Google Consent Mode v2) and the libraries themselves are never loaded. The consent banner offers two separate categories, and each one genuinely controls its own scripts:
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js). It lets us see, in aggregate, how visitors use the site: page views and basic interaction events (calls to action, use of the calculator, starting and successfully submitting a form). Google Analytics sets cookies and/or identifiers and may transfer data to Google outside the EEA under the safeguards described in Section 4.
- Advertising — an advertising pixel we use to measure the results of our ad campaigns (in particular, which enquiries came from advertising). It loads only after you have allowed this category, and only if an advertising identifier has been configured on the site. Without your consent no request is ever sent to the advertising platform.
Both categories are off by default. You can at any time — enabling or disabling each category independently — and you can also withdraw consent through your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's official browser add-on. If you turn a category off, the corresponding data is no longer sent and the first-party cookies that category had created are removed from your browser.
Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. After that, or if we materially change what the categories cover, the banner asks again. Closing the banner, pressing Escape or continuing to browse is not consent: until you choose, both optional categories stay off.
The site also keeps a small amount of housekeeping data in your browser so it can work: your language choice, your selections in the calculator (package and options), your cookie decision, and a technical marker that a request has already been sent so the same conversion is not counted twice. This data stays on your device, contains no personal information and is not transmitted to us automatically. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
6. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to handle your request, provide services and meet legal obligations. When the data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see Section 7).
7. Your rights
In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected (Art. 16);
- request erasure of your data (Art. 17);
- restrict processing or object to it (Arts. 18 and 21);
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller (data portability, Art. 20);
- withdraw any consent you have given, at any time (Art. 7(3));
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in the EU/EEA, the authority in your country of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (you may always also contact the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky — the Slovak Data Protection Authority, as the authority for the controller's place of establishment), and in Ukraine — the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights — if you believe your rights have been infringed.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at solutionm5bn@gmail.com or message us on Telegram — @solution_M5. We will respond to your request free of charge and within one month, as provided by the GDPR (this period may be extended for complex requests — we will let you know if so).
8. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
9. Third-party links
The site may contain links to external resources (for example, Telegram, Instagram or TikTok). We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of these third-party services — we recommend reviewing them separately.
10. Children’s privacy
The site and services are intended for a business audience and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top. Where possible, we will highlight material changes prominently.
12. How to contact us
For any question about this policy or the processing of your data, and to exercise your rights, contact us by email at solutionm5bn@gmail.com or on Telegram: @solution_M5.
