Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data SolutionM5 (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects through the website solutionm5.com and its related web development services, the purposes for which we process it, the legal bases we rely on, with whom we may share it, and the rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable EU/EEA data protection law.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is SolutionM5 — a team that develops websites, Landing Pages and Telegram bots. For any question about how we handle your data, you can contact us through our official Telegram channel: @solution_M5.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to contact you and prepare a proposal:

  • Contact form (the “Have an idea or a task?” section) — your name and Telegram username.
  • Calculator / estimate request — full name, email, phone number, Telegram username (optional), and the project details you select (service type, options, approximate budget, chosen payment model).
  • Correspondence — the content of your messages and any information you share when communicating with us on Telegram or through other channels.
  • Technical data — limited data your browser sends automatically while you browse (for example, browser and device type), and data collected through analytics as described in Section 5. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking for marketing.

We do not collect special categories of data and do not ask you to submit payment information through the website. Please do not include sensitive details in the forms that are not needed to estimate a project.

Providing data is voluntary. Fields marked as required in the forms (name, email, phone number) are needed so that we can handle your request and contact you; without them we cannot prepare an estimate or respond to your enquiry. You are not obliged to provide data that is not marked as required.

3. How we use data

We process the data we collect in order to:

  • respond to your enquiry and contact you on Telegram, by phone or by email;
  • prepare a cost estimate and proposal and discuss the terms of the project;
  • provide the agreed web development and support services;
  • improve the operation of the website, forms and calculator;
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests.

We process your data on the following legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR):

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you submit the contact form or an estimate request, or otherwise reach out to us. You may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
  • Performance of a contract, or steps at your request prior to entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to handle your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver the agreed services.
  • Our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to respond to enquiries, maintain and improve the website, and protect our business, where these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where processing is necessary to comply with the law.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent needed to provide the service:

  • Formspree — the service that processes and delivers the messages submitted through the site’s forms. Form data is transmitted via Formspree in accordance with its privacy policy.
  • Telegram — the messenger we use to communicate with you. Message exchange is governed by Telegram’s privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics (Google) — provides aggregate statistics on how the site is used (see Section 5).
  • Hosting provider — the infrastructure on which the site is hosted.

Some of our providers (including Formspree, Telegram and Google) may store and process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR — Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), European Commission adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. Cookies, analytics and local storage

The site does not use advertising or marketing tracking cookies. It does use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it; Google Analytics sets cookies and/or identifiers and may transfer data to Google outside the EEA under the safeguards described in Section 4.

Under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, non-essential analytics cookies require your prior consent. Until you consent, analytics does not run (Google Consent Mode v2, state “denied”). Where consent is required, we rely on it as the legal basis and you can at any time, withdraw consent through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

For convenience, the calculator stores only your selected options (project type and options) in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device, contains no personal information and is not transmitted to us automatically. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to handle your request, provide services and meet legal obligations. When the data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see Section 7).

7. Your rights

In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you (Art. 15);
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected (Art. 16);
  • request erasure of your data (Art. 17);
  • restrict processing or object to it (Arts. 18 and 21);
  • receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller (data portability, Art. 20);
  • withdraw any consent you have given, at any time (Art. 7(3));
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in the EU/EEA, the authority in your country of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement — if you believe your rights have been infringed.

To exercise any of these rights, message us on Telegram — @solution_M5. We will respond to your request free of charge and within one month, as provided by the GDPR (this period may be extended for complex requests — we will let you know if so).

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. Third-party links

The site may contain links to external resources (for example, Telegram or TikTok). We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of these third-party services — we recommend reviewing them separately.

10. Children’s privacy

The site and services are intended for a business audience and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16 (EU/EEA member states may set this age as low as 13).

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top. Where possible, we will highlight material changes prominently.

12. How to contact us

For any question about this policy or the processing of your data, and to exercise your rights, contact us on Telegram: @solution_M5.
